Prostate Cancer Roadshow Event To Be Held In Morecambe Next Week

Kath Quinn who was previously on the North West BT Unions Health and Safety Co-ord is very much involved in the East Lancs Prostate Cancer Support Group and supplies Unionsafety with their monthly newsletter.

With the current national campaign high lighting fund raising for Cancer Charities, there is a free event taking place in Morecambe next week at which attendees will:

* Hear from leading clinicians and researchers
* Find out what it's like to be on a trial
* Meet researchers and prostate cancer experts during an interactive session
* Learn more about research into prostate cancer and the trials taking place right now

Cancer Research UK have organised this Prostate Cancer Roadshow with the help of The Bay Prostate Cancer Support Group.

The event will take place on Thursday, 27 October from 13:30 to 17:00 here:

Dr. Alison Birtle Consultant Clinical Oncologist and  Honorary Clinical Senior  Lecturer from the RLI will be one of the principle speakers.
